Troy Community Foundation Focuses on 4 Areas in 2017 Grants

(Troy, Michigan) Today, the Troy Community Foundation announced the release of the 2017 Troy Community Foundation Grant Application. Grants from the Troy Community Foundation are available in 4 key areas: Youth & Seniors, Arts & Culture, Beautification, and Health & Recreation.

“We encourage neighborhood associations, volunteer organizations, youth organizations and every other part of Troy to apply for a grant from the Foundation. In short, we have money and we want to send the funds back into the community through grants to support high-quality charitable projects in Troy.” said Chairman Doug Tietz.

Traditionally, grants range in size from $250 – $2,000, though each grant is reviewed on its own merit. The Foundation will be accepting grant applications throughout the year. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

The Troy Community Foundation encourages any group in Troy that is doing charitable work in the 4 key areas: Youth & Seniors, Arts & Culture, Beautification, and Health & Recreation to apply.
