Branden Recker

Shortly following his move to Metro Detroit, Branden started his work in the nonprofit arena. The 12 years following were focused on the betterment of those in need throughout his community. Branden’s primary focus has been in the areas of consumer financial education and affordable housing. In his current role, at Habitat for Humanity of Oakland County, Branden is a Major Gifts Officer. In this role, Branden works closely with community partners, both sponsors and volunteers alike, to educate them on Habitat’s mission. Branden is able to use his passion for educating others on a daily basis when communicating Habitat’s large goal of serving 2,025 people by year 2025 and their vision that everyone should have an affordable, decent place to live.
