Participants will understand the difference between the Prospect’s System and the Sandler Selling System methodology, and the value of using a professional selling system that allows both the prospect and the sales person to get their needs met.

The Happiness Advantage takes a look at the impacts of positive psychology on productivity, accuracy and confidence. It’s a great book and very timely for all the business owners and associates.
