The Art of Delegation

In this informative and interactive presentation, Nick and Andrea will guide you in reflecting on your experience of delegating tasks to others. You will share what you find difficult about delegating, consider the various benefits of delegating tasks and review a 5-step delegation process that, when followed, will ensure that task delegation goes smoothly and is a leadership tool you enjoy using.


Nick Welham, MBA: Nick is the CEO and Founder of C-Link Consulting. C-Link helps leaders uncover and fix the root cause issues holding back their growth. The techniques C-Link employs have an immediate impact on attitude and engagement of employees. Nic has held strategic leadership roles in the US and Europe for more than 10 years, He has extensive experience in dealing with the unique challenges of multi-site operations.

Andrea Fleischfresser, CPCC, PCC: Andrea is a Leadership and Cross-cultural Coach, specialized in working with leaders and organizations with international responsibilities, helping them to become more effective in a global context, and enhancing their leadership skills, presence and cross- cultural awareness. Based on her experience of living abroad for 20 years, her HR background and being a Certified Professional Coach with the International Coach Federation, she supports clients to create a positive impact regardless of where they live or work.
