 Implications for Michigan Businesses and You

Knowledge and experience are the main ingredients all skilled workers need to fill the multitude of job openings at today’s most competitive corporations.  During the Obama administration, 11 million new jobs were created of which virtually all of them required a skill and additional learning delivered through the trades, apprentice schools or some level of a college education and degree.  Less than 100,000 were available to those holding only a high school diploma or less. Mr. Rakolta will address his thoughts and concerns on how to change the Michigan education system and the future of a skilled workforce
