The Troy Transit Center officially opened to the public on October 14, 2014. The center provides complimentary short-term and long-term parking for Amtrak passengers at a parking lot located just north of the station. The Troy Transit Center building provides all-weather enclosed waiting area, free Wi-Fi, vending machines and restrooms within the facility. Access to the platform, with shelter area, is provided by a bridge over the tracks accessible by elevators or stairs. The $6.3 million center will serve primarily as a much-improved Oakland County stop for Amtrak’s popular Wolverine Line.
The Troy Transit Center is located at: 1201 Doyle Drive, Troy, Michigan 48084. The Multi-Modal Troy Transit Center is located across Coolidge from the Oakland-Troy Airport.
