8th Annual Nonprofit Management Conference
The 8th Annual Nonprofit Management Conference, presented by Huntington Bank’s Seeds for Success, will be held Thursday, April 25, 2013, at Walsh College, 3838 Livernois, Troy. This affordable, day-long management conference is designed for nonprofit professionals, board members and volunteers. Attendees have the opportunity to choose one of six seminars at each of the morning breakout session times. With seminars ranging from online marketing for nonprofits and accounting budget busters to succession planning and moving from dependency to sustainability, attendees receive information to help them improve their operations in eight core areas specifically geared toward nonprofit organizations: Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Strategic Planning, Technology, Fund Development/Donor Relations, Staff Training & Volunteer Relations, Leadership/Board Development, and Governance/Operations.
In addition to morning sessions, attendees choose from two expanded afternoon workshops and lunch.
